MEET THE TEAM

Following an undergraduate degree at Durham University, time spent living in community on the Isle of Iona and a year as a full time Pastoral Assistant at a church in London, Patrick King trained at Westcott House, Cambridge, was ordained in 2010 and was an Assistant Curate in Dorchester, Salisbury Diocese, before spending three years as a parish priest in Wokingham, Oxford Diocese. Patrick moved out to the Diocese of Perth, Western Australia in September 2016 where he served as Vocations Advocate and as Rector of Fremantle. Married to Sarah (Brisbane born and raised!) in April 2021, he then moved over to Queensland in September of that year. In his spare time Patrick enjoys golf, cricket, walking the dog and the music of The Waterboys.
