I’M NEW!

Joining us for worship…

"If you are unfamiliar with the ritual customs of the Anglican Church, simply relax with the liturgy and let the rest of the congregation carry you in worship."

We print the above statement in our order of service each week because when you visit, we don’t want you to feel as if you need to get everything “right” in terms of participating in our liturgy. You can simply let the beauty and the prayerfulness of the liturgy wash over you.

With this said, when you visit, we encourage you:

  • To make yourself known! Allow us to greet you after the liturgy and hear just a little about how you have come to visit us

  • To stay for coffee and let us have a chance to hear more about you as well as offer you something to drink and to eat

  • To ask any questions you may have about what you have experienced. We’re happy to talk about any of these things in that many of us are new to it too.

  • To come back at least two more times, in that conventional wisdom says that it takes at least three times to begin to understand whether a faith community is “for you”
